M/s M.S.PAI & CO., was established in the year 1953.We were then the distributors of ACC cement for Dakshina Kannada, with 20 outlets in various parts of the district. We then diversified into petroleum trade with the dealership of Caltex India Limited,an U.S based Oil Company in the year 1955. Eventually, we diversified into a complete portfolio of building materials like Sanitaryware, tiles, faucets, roofings, kitchen sinks, wooden floorings, stone claddings, false ceilings, partitions and other interior products.

In the last five decades the firm has grown from strength to strength and M.S.PAI & CO., is today a very strong brand by itself and is a household name in the building material industry. Our customers include reputed builders, architects, consulting engineers, contractors and consumers. We have customers from all our neighbouring districts. We also have a strong network of sub-dealers whom we service.
